Our kitchen is led by Chef Christian Uppill, with an emphasis on traditional European cooking, quality ingredients, seasonal produce and food prepared with care.

Many elements are made in-house, from handmade pasta and sauces to pickles and other accompaniments, while fresh produce from our own kitchen garden and family farm regularly finds its way onto the menu.

Pair your meal with a bottle of Clare Valley wine, try something from our own Sip & Savour range, or simply settle in with good food and good company.
