The Uppside will have selected handmade Italian pizzas made with home grown ingredients paired perfectly with some of the Clare Valleys most prestigious wines.

The UPPside's philosophy is all about local. Local produce, local wines, local beers, seasonality, sustainability and community.

Christian & Caity Uppill are a husband and wife team who own The UPPside. They grow a lot of their produce onsite as well sourcing produce from Christian's Parents farm on the West side of Clare. They also source their other ingredients form local businesses with in the Valley. Christian has a strong passion for Europe, the food & culture and has based his
seasonal menus around this.
