Indulge in a 5 course European degustation on the deck at The UPPside with paired wines from Claymore Wines and live music by Junelee in the picturesque Clare Valley.
Award winning Chef, Christian Uppill will cook for guests and talk them through a Euro culinary journey featuring
home grown and local produce.
During the degustation you will have the opportunity to liaise with a Claymore Wines representative, Jonathon and relax with live music performed by Junelee.
Tickets include a 5 course European degustation, paired wines with each course, live music & liaisons with Chef Christian Uppill & Claymore Wines Representative Jonathon.
Non-alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase on the day, these are not included in the ticketed price.

The UPPside's philosophy is all about local. Local produce, local wines, local beers, seasonality, sustainability and community.
Christian & Caity Uppill are a husband and wife team who own The UPPside. They grow a lot of their produce onsite as well sourcing produce from Christian's Parents farm on the West side of Clare. They also source their other ingredients form local businesses with in the Valley. Christian has a strong passion for Europe, the food & culture and has based his
seasonal menus around this.
So with the taste of Europe & Clare Valley wines come enjoy the 'UPPside' of the Clare Valley.
