For adults looking for something a little different, our love of frozen desserts has also inspired one of The UPPside's unique tasting experiences — Gin & Gelato.

Our Gin & Gelato Experience pairs locally handcrafted gin from Sawmill Gin in Sevenhill with refreshing sorbets.

The tasting includes three combinations:

Gypsy Gin + Blood Orange Sorbet

Mr Wriggles Gin + Passionfruit Sorbet

Sebastopol Gin + Lemon Sorbet

Served with Mediterranean tonic, water and tasting notes, it's a playful way to explore how fruit, acidity, temperature and botanicals work together.

It's gelato's slightly more grown-up Clare Valley cousin.
